What started as a little bit of experimentation in a Newport Beach hotel kitchen has become Orange County's destination for artisanal panna cotta — one delicious bit at a time.

From Fine Dining to Your Table

Our chef worked at multiple fine dining restaurants and hotels, where he learned that dessert is the most important part of the meal, for it is the last impression the restaurant gets to imprint into the memories of those who enjoy the dining experience. After working his way through some of Orange County's best spots, he landed in Newport Beach — and that's where things got interesting.

The panna cotta recipe that kickstarted Bit Desserts started as a fun experiment. Take a classic Italian dessert, give it a white chocolate base, then go wild with flavors like matcha, ube, and yuzu. Guests couldn't stop asking about it.

So here we are. Three flavors, each a perfect little bit of indulgence, all made with the same care that goes into fine dining — just without the stuffiness.
